Many of the young people who moved from the residential unit to independant living in the community or may have returned to live with the extended family have the opportunity to return to Streetline for practical and emotional support. To date, 80% of the young people would return on at least a monthly basis for more than 12 months. Usually just for a chat, cup of tea or dinner but at times during periods of crisis when they need the support of the adults who journeyed with them through adolescence.
